Return Policy
We offer a 14-day right of return. This means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or other proof of purchase is required.
How to Start a Return

Please include your name, address, and a copy of the invoice/receipt for your purchase.
If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please mention this in your message as well.
To keep our prices as low as possible, we do not cover return shipping costs.
If your return is accepted, we will send you further instructions.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can purchase the new item in a separate order.
European Union — 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason. As described above, the item must be in the same condition you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging—and you will need the receipt or other proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund was approved.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
